We believe in making purposeful movement accessible to everyone, focusing on controlled, precise exercises that strengthen the core, enhance flexibility, and improve overall body alignment.
about us
Our methodology is rooted in the principles of concentration, control, centering, flow, and precision. These are integral to every session, engaging both the body and mind to promote balance, coordination, and resilience. The reformer apparatus allows for resistance and support, enabling clients to perform movements with accuracy, regardless of their fitness level.
Through consistent practice under the guidance of our highly trained instructors, Reformer Pilates at Sculpt fosters a stronger, more flexible body while deepening the connection between mind and movement.

I’m running late, what should I do?
You are expected to arrive at your session and/or class on time, with the necessary equipment, and ready to begin your workout.
Everyone’s time is valuable, and to honor that Sculpt starts classes/sessions on time. Please arrive 5 minutes before your class in order to settle in and ready yourself for class. For brand new clients, please arrive 15 minutes early so staff can get you familiar with the studio and the equipment.
For our safety and security, we do lock the doors during class, if you arrive late and the doors are locked, unfortunately you’ve missed your class. Please do not disrupt class by knocking on the door. Likewise, please do not arrive so early as to disrupt the class before you. If the door is locked or a class is in session, please do not enter.
Arriving late is disruptive to fellow students and the instructor. It’s important at Sculpt to keep a focused energy in the class throughout the entire 55-minute session. It’s also important that clients are properly warmed up and ready to progress into the next exercise safely. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes after the class start time will not be admitted, will forfeit their session, and will be considered a “late cancellation/ no show” and subject to fees.
Do you provide water bottles or water fountains?
Please bring your own water bottle, we provide a filtered water cooler for you to refill your water bottle during class.
Do I need to bring a towel or mat?
Bringing a towel or mat is optional. If you experience difficulty with grip, consider
investing in a reformer-specific grippy mat to bring to each class for added support.
Can I workout barefoot?
For safety and sanitation purposes, full coverage grippy socks are required. Bare feet or shoes are not permitted.
Are there fees for a late-cancel or no-show?
